So it is definitely a phone number? I'll keep it [PUZZLE] till someone finds out. I can't. I'm at work right now on break.

It certainly seems like it, but it's starting to sound like it may not be in game... but I definitely agree to keep it [PUZZLE] as it's not "solved" as in solved solved yet.

Just did this quickly to show people the numbers more clearly, not important though...

I suggest removing the name and address of this guy immediately until we know more about this puzzle.

Could it possibly be a login ID, or password? Although for who, or which site, I have no idea.

FYI: people on IRC are trying various permutations and combinations--for example, reading the center three numbers as the area code, or reading the last four numbers from top to bottom). I'm keeping a live, running account of what's happening at http://metacortex.netninja.com/my_notes/PhoneNumbers.txt so that people aren't duplicating effort. When things are a little less frantic, I'll post the results here.
EDIT: These are the numbers that were tried before Trip called the first one again and we all kind of gave up looking for more interpretations of the numbers:

I think it might well be an in-game thing. If they wanted to do a "more live" interaction with us, I don't see a reason why they wouldn't use a phone conversation. As we know, such conversation can't take place on a 206 k-7 number, so why not Vegas (Henderson is Vegas)? One of the clues was there - it is entirely possible that a "character" lives there.
