Wondered if the "SP" might be South Pacific and along with the french on the Manifest give a general location of French Polynesia as the shipping address. So I mentioned this to Jeffery and got this nice, balanced reply. Rolling Eyes

Ok I know the whole report is fabricated but this is one of the main things I hate about declassified government reports. I understand that the still need some things to remain classified but when it becomes like 95% of the report it's just stupid to declassify it in the first place. Just my two cents.

Now back on topic, after my rant about useless declassifying, I was haven't fully read the report just skimmed over it, but hopefully if I have enough time later today or tonight I'll see if I can find anything out...

... and hopefully remember to bookmark unforum again. Confused

GAP seems significant, but I can't find anything connecting 'gap' with steganography... I saved the image a while back, but it had no extended properties; tried playing with the colour, couldn't find any barely visible hidden content; checked for GAP acronyms that seemed relevant, couldn't find anything useful. Not sure where to go unless there's a program that has a 'gap' setting or a 'gap' software...
if, of course, the image is important and there's something encrypted in there.

I ran it backwards and forwards through PS with no luck. Maybe it's stegged...?

I told Jeffrey I tried using a couple of tools in PS, he thought I was on the right track and he sent me a higher resolution copy of the image. After using PS dodge tool on it, I was able to find "Pacific Monster Island" under the shipping address.

ETA* Email from Jeffrey after sending him a copy of the manifest find.
