Why do YOU play ARG's/Favorite Moments

Yes, they are fun, yes they are interesting, yes they "different". But, why do you play them, besides just solve the Junior Jumbler in the Newspaper, or solve a crossword?

Personally, I love ARG's because of those AH-HA! moments, where everything just somehow falls into place. Whether it's the puzzle you have been trying to bust for the past three days, or that dead drop you just picked up that brings all of the lore together, (just felt this playing the Jejune Institute).

So, why do you play, and does the reason why you play tie into your favorite moment?

Your question begs for answers, and that's why I play.

(Just think about it.)

Wow. I'm not sure I can adequately explain why I play. To be quite honest, I pretty much fail at puzzles. My signature on another forum I'm on says it all "For the record, if I can solve your puzzle, it's far too easy". I do love trying to solve things and helping as much as I can with my limited abilities. But my favorite part is probably the interaction with other players as well as characters. Humanizing someone and trying to figure out why they would act a certain way, seeing if I can get some information by asking the right questions...that sort of thing is my strong point.
