Cloverfield in Transformers ROTF

Great, another cameo. Isn't this the second movie that guy has been in to have one? (Remember some other movie where Cloverfield is playing on a tv in the background) Anyway, is there any chance that Transformers will still have a Cloverfield 2 trailer? Not even Star Trek style merely saying it's on the way? Hell, I'd be happy with just a shot of a devestated city with rumbling in the background and just Clover's roar to go by with no visual.

I'm hoping for anything. A simple teaser would be enough to get my movie motor running. I was hoping since Star Trek has hit the earth like a dinosaur killing asteroid, MGP would once again tickle our arg/viral marketing bones.

I miss the days of chewing on some clues leading us to more pieces of the big puzzle. This was the place to be for great Cloverfield discussions (Cloverfield Clues being the place for great discussions as well as up to the minute news concerning our favorite monster)

THe last bit of news I heard was a positive sounding JJ Abrams talking about a really great idea they were working on. Considering Paramount is one of the biggest profit makers atm, I think the chances of seeing something sequel/prequel (or viral) related is better than average.

Well, it wouldn't be funny. Seriously. It would be lovely if they would go discover new talents..then after it, the new talents will be invited by filmmakers to act this and that, and etc.

Having Shia in Cloverfield 2 would probably keep me from seeing it. I don't mind Shia, but having him in CF2 would kill the whole realism for me. CF has a special feel to it, and I think having any well-known celebrity play a part would ruin that feel...unless it's, like, Samuel L. Jackson, and he's playing himself, and he gets into it because Clover comes by while he's out resetting the breakers to his mansion and rips his arms off, or something.

Well maybe they should've had Micheal Stahl-David be in Transformers....that would be awesome, because all Shia does is yell "NO", "GO", or some random Transformer name.

Shia must only take scripts that require him to blurt out random one-word lines. In Eagle Eye, the word of choice was "shit".
