Figured it out. It's in the EXIF data within the picture of the door.

Save the picture and check the properties and under details is the message.

Oooh, interesting...I hope this becomes a full-blown ARG. I'm a huge fan of Mirror's Edge, I thought it was an incredible game. So unique and fun.
Anyone who didn't play it, shame on you! Laughing

To sum a few things up for those of you who don't get the references...

In the game, you have what is called "Runner Vision", which highlights important places and objects as a bright red color, such as pipes you can hang from, ramps you can jump from...and doors. Runners call this "the flow"; it's basically a way that they've trained themselves to notice the little details in their urban environment that they can use to get from place to place.
The message that says "No more flow, so much white" probably means that PK and the city's government have altered the city to such an extent that the Runners don't feel at home any more. Everything has changed. PK is hunting down all the Runners.

And if that means another Mirror's Edge game, that's cool with me Very Happy

Well in the first game, Runner Vision could be turned off. In fact, I found it more satisfying to turn it off after having beaten the game, so I could take my own path through the city to some extent.

Those red bars look to me like the pipes you could find around the city. Usually you either balanced on them to get across a gap, or swung from them to get to a new area.

Put this up on the on-mirrors-edge forum as well. After adjusting the contrast and brightness this is what shows. I don't believe the people posting there saying that there is a one on the wall, I just don't see it myself yet.
