 		hopefully the PM's have at least glanced this way to see that we cant get what they're hoping was a solid lead? are there any other groups watching this? bummer if it dies this early...

It crossed my mind that we were reading the numbers left to right, "in order" but we don't know that that is the case. I thought of putting them in order of size of the hexes they are one - and there is one for 02, it is just tiny and behind the numbers.
In that order, I think it would be

02 1 3 8 9 6 3

Of course I still don't know what to do with it.

Area code for SF is 415... close to but not the same as the 419 that is in the email.. that would be an area code for Ohio.. probably nothing. From the hexes in the pictures I tried to put all numbers and symbols into hex code, but only got gibberish. Maybe someone else can use some of these ideas, or build on them?
