 		Any decent audio program. I use Goldwave, but Audacity is another popular choice.

Audacity is a free program you can use. use the effect "Change Speed" and slow it down by 90%. I doubt any new info can be mined from the audio anyway.

Also, Bre Pettis is an awesome guy. He's the head of MAKE Magazine which already has a huge following online and off, so this is really cool of him.
