One of my former students works at an Atomic out here in AZ, I've been trying to get something out of him, but he doesn't really know much about the camera or anything else... as of yesterday, it wasn't hit, it was still in "normal working order"

Believe it or not, I'm playing Resist or Be Terminated too . . . but I stumbled across it through another game called Lunar Wars (the guy who created Lunar Wars was actually contracted to code up the ROBT Tactical Simulator).

From what I can tell from cursory inspection, the numbers don't overlap each other, so they may form a grid of some kind.
