I think it's a fan video that was sent in to SkyNet Research, who then co-opted it with the permission of the original creators. That page looks pretty oog, especially as it's a Sci-Fi fansite.

Believe it or not, guys, that number grid isn't the final answer - some of the other guys in the Scarlet Prime resistance squad figured out that it's a substitution maze.

(Basically, a substitution maze is a message that's been encoded using a simple substitution cipher and then rearranged, so that you have to follow a particular path through the array of encoded data in order to get the message.)

There was a new Skynet infomercial. Its about 15 minutes long. During the show 5 words showed up in bold caps;

COMPANION
PROTECTOR
LEADER
RULER
MASTER

I am not entirely sure what they are for other the the obvious progression that skynet has made. Anyone have any ideas.
