[Trailhead?] Reincarnation Bank

I searched for "reincarnation bank" and just "reincarnation," didn't see this come up, but if I missed it please pass the trout. Very Happy

Having just read Soul Identity a few weeks ago and poked around the sites the author set up for that book, I was intrigued to see http://www.reincarnationbank.com/ pop up in my Gmail suggested link bar today.

There's a few blog posts about it ("what a scam," etc), and it was registered in March, but the legal page seems so scanty that while I'd believe it's really a scam, I'd also believe it's fake. I sent off an email asking about their security and the number of customers they have, we'll see if they send anything interesting back.

Curiouser and curiouser...

Poking around awish4u, the site that's mentioned on the bottom of Reincarnation Bank. Selling wish pots? $10 a pop, if they're as sturdy as their stock photo looks, the otaku in me is curious.

2i Limited, the site behind both of the sites, only brings up a couple different, seemingly unrelated company.

To Reincarnation bank, I tried to send this:
Quote:
I am interested in your services, but my demands are a little more... unique.

You see, I love my cat more than I love my own life, and I would like to ensure that in all future lives, my cat is there to experience them with me.

What veterinary/cyrogenic capabilities do you have in your facilities, so that no matter when I return, my cat and I may be reunited?

Figuring that if they were a scam site, I might as well mess with them, and if it's a trail-head, then the PMs will chuckle and adapt accordingly.

To awish4you:
Quote:
I was curious as to the potency of the wish jars. In my experience, some wishes are too much for a wish jar to handle. Is your product enough to successfully wish for a species' extinction? I ask not for personal gain, but for the benefit of the human race.

Also, just a note - whenever I send an enquiry, my Mac opens up some program that then promptly shuts itself. I might advise against doing anything unless you're confident about computer safety - if this is a virus of some kind, you PC users might be in danger.

Sent my email, pretty bland though

Hello,
As a newly converted Hindu, I am curious in the possibility of giving money to my reincarnated body, so that I can give it away to just causes, or just to help myself in sore times.
