Project looking for help

So, I've been working on a project for a little over 2 months now, and am not getting it off the ground; only i've hit a couple of problems which i'm hoping you guys could help me out with.

voice actors
I need several voice actors (around 10) to do background voices for this project, no specifications on the voice; heck, it would be better if you had no acting skills and sounded like a robot.

Website Design/Graphic Design
So while I can actually make the site; i'm having problems with making it quasi-realistic. so any help would be good there. and Graphic Designers would be good too, seeing as it follows a 'gaming' company.
