well, I won't be the one who clears that up, because I just backread the topic and I'm not even sure who is with who yet.

also, that anagram is really bothering me, first because it seems too long to just solve without any hints, second because this makes me suspect that we already have a hint for it, we just don't know.

I think our hint might be in YFIMP's e-mail about the video. I really don't see any hint there, though. Aside from calling our attention to the side of the phone booth (yes, the biohazard symbol actually is there, if you can zoom in on it) he doesn't say anything I can read as a hint.
