Edited to increase clarity and decrease juvenility.

The problem with that solution is that NRR is a person, not a place. Still a good find though.

Also I just went on wiki answers and the answer was said to be Nathan Richard right (I don't think it's right)
EDIT: Yay just 5 days until we find more about NRR hopefully

Actually, Puerto Rico just means "rich port." It wasn't named after anyone, it's just a name that describes the value they put on the place.

Can't say that I do. The city that navy air base is in was named after a tree, and the navy air base was named in 1943 when it was built. So it was named after the president of the time, FDR.

It's just not likely. I even checked if there were any other Roosevelts it could be, but there weren't any famous Roosevelts with a first name that began with an "N".

Moscow and Belgrade
Um...

The cards from the interview say that it is Moscow. Another thing, I think if and when Dan and Amy go to Belgrade, they will meet Jonah again. My suggestion for this is in two cards, for those who want solid proof, Airport Security(#119) and something I read somewhere. Airport security's code answer is Belgrade. And from something on the site, I read that Jonah was on tour for his um..movie. He wanted to go only to specific locations. There were normal things there like Paris, London and Seoul. But, one thing jumped at me. He wanted to go to Belgrade. Isn't it kinda suspicious. No offense to any Serbians out there, but isn't that a little... out of place.

Belgrade and London

I noticed something else. On Jonah's top secret file, his father listed specific locations. Paris, Venice, Tokyo, Seoul, Cairo, and Luxor. Don't thse sound familiar. I think that book 4 MIGHT be in Paris (why did he repeat this location Question ), London and Belgrade. This may be a major find as the locations have been exact from Book 1 to Book 4.

Paris - Book 1
Venice - Book 2
Tokyo - Book 3
Seoul - Book 3
Cairo - Book 4
Luxor - Book 4
London - Book 5? connection?
Paris - Where Jonah went after Egypt (as said in Book 4). Also, in Card 423, it was said that he really went to France, but went somewhere else after.
Belgrade - Book 5? Book 6?
