It seems that the second we read this, or commented about it, we have become part of the game. By Mr. Wright's standards, anyway.

By MY standards, however, I still see this as Star's game...the events are closly related to her...first the drops..then the messages..and locations on where to meet up. It's extremely targeted. I think the rest of us arent pawns in ths game, as much as "Move advisers". As in, we aren't playing the game, but we are here to assist in solving the clues and what not.

first - W.O.W., it's against UF TOS to post as a character/PM in your own game thread... so I'd avoid posting here again...

second - Wallace posted on Star's wall today:
Quote:
Hello Star,

I have just been contacted by Willamina and Bill who have both expressed a deep interest in seeing what Warren has in store for you at Dundas Square at ten to twelve on Saturday. (They have let me in on what they have to offer to this game and boy is it brilliant!) We all want to play too. We will see you (and Warren) then. Don't be late! Oh, and any other gamers interested, show up at Dundas Square to see what unfolds and then make your way to the Green Room for the 1 o'clock game.

W.O.W.

So, not sure about the puzzling and mysteries, but the activity/ies are definitely intended for more than just Star.

Who's in Toronto on Saturday for a live event? Razz

ALL the way in Toronto! *sigh* Count me out...someone fill me in on what happens.

Btw...isn't it odd that the first video stated that no more videos will be made, because it could be considered as harrassment...and yet there was a second?

OH, and hows that Cryptex going? Try all the obvious codewords first? "cynch" "Wright" etc?

It's My Party, Come if you Want to!

Hi all,

As this game is clearly for me I thought I should put in my $0.02 in the mix! I don't know the players in this game (aside from myself, of course) and I have no idea, as of yet who William (the game designer) is, but what I do know is this is my game and I can do what I want with it. William did not specify any rules (except the fact that there are no rules and cheating is encouraged). He also did not suggest that I keep any of this private.

I have chosen to make this experience very public from the very start, regardless of William's motivations (and if it is an elaborate marriage proposal, he should know me well enough to know that I would share it with the world!). I have made it public, asked for help and even invited people to join me at the live events that are unfolding (if you are too far away, don't worry, there will be video). So there is no party crashing here, I am inviting you all to try on my new jacket and eat the cake! William is getting what he wanted (a game) even if it happens to be on my terms.

Play along my gamer friends!

Star

Mr. Wright decided to contact me as well through Facebook...

Quote:
From: William O Wright

If you would like to do business with me you'll have to find me yourself.

I can't seem to be able to reply to the message, and it doesn't seem to come from an actual person on Facebook. Searching comes up with a "William O. Wright Jr", but I don't think that's the same person.

That is kind of odd Nighthawk! Did you have any contact with him before this?

I have posted an update on my site: http://arexistence.blogspot.com/

Also William directed me to this site: http://www.weehighlandladdie.ca - it seems to be the location where the original image came from. But I am not sure there is anything else useful on the site - other then the fact that it is a weird site Wink Check it out folks and let me know if you can see anything interesting!

Site's been around for a while.

And Warren's offering his web design services on a very badly designed web page (ENTIRE page is an image file).

New update: http://arexistence.blogspot.com/

Maybe someone can decipher Warren's riddles... also it seems Wallace has issued a challenge for all those coming out!

I'm trying to reach out to Wallace myself. Curious as to what "business" they refer to.

I am pretty sure Wallace and William are two different people, however I believe Warren O'Rite and William O Wright to be the same person!

Well, Mr.Bill gets around...
And so I'll play this game as I play these games, and post what I know here.

I received a hand-delivered mail last night... hand-delivered. While I was watching tv in the living room.

Inside the envelope was the following:

(I haven't yet transcribed the message, but if you view the full size picture, you can read the typewriting)

Just a torn out printed page of Star's cryptex blog entry.

Bill's rabbit message I believe gives the cryptex answer...

Nice! I really like the idea of hand delivered clues. He should fly down to Florida and put one in my mailbox.

Wow, if it turns out to be a marriage proposal, I hope you know who is making this game for you, otherwise it seems a bit creepy and stalkerish from the outside.

But, on second thought, if it is a marriage proposal, you must have a good idea who it is! If that turns out to be true, I hope you both are very happy.
