 		Yeah, I'd wondered about all the Darko connections. I hadn't caught them all, though, so I didn't feel sure that it was more than coincidence. Seems pretty strong at this point; could be interesting.

Ok so the blog did change into characters with no pattern that I can see but I did find a link in the newest blog.

From there I did a google search and found this reading

Which would mean that a tangent universe was formed when or because he found this object. For those of you that don't know what a tangent universe is, the best exsample is this picture.



To explain the image...A tangent Universe is a broken off part of the primary universe and is very unstable. The black line is the Primary Universe, and the red line is a tangent universe..... There is a big problem with tangent universes, as you can see the tangent universe crosses through the Primary Universe twice. The first time is when the tangent universe is created the second time is when it comes back to the primary universe but this is also when it collapses and when it collapses it will destroy the primary universe.

So I think what the blog is trying to tell us is that a tangent universe was created when he found this strange object and we have to fix it some how.

But again this is just my theory.

Yay for tangent universes!!

ETA: Now that I think about it, I thought I recognized the voice from the first audio message...I just compared it with a scene from Donnie Darko, and the voice almost exactly resembles the voice of a certain six-foot-tall bunny...Wink

ETA (again): Sent an email to Adam asking if he was okay last night, and got this back this morning:

 		Thanks for the forgiveness. It was RIGHT before I went to bed so a little of it was being tired.

As for a synopsis of donnie darko,
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
it's about a boy who experiences dreams and sleepwalking and "hallucinations" that draw him from bed. One night a jet engine crashes thru his room. Thus a tangent universe was born and donnie is told by frank the bunny who is really donnies older sisters boyfriend. Donnie is told he has a certain amount of time before the world ends and he proceeds to live and learn about these strange things that are happening to him. In the end (when the tangent universe meets the real one) he realises that he was supposed to be in bed when the engine crashes and accepts his fate for the good of the world.


That's the super short cliffnote-esque version.

EDIT: After the reading the new email I'd say our friend here is in a tanget universe for sure. Maybe he's the vessel. (that's what it is I think... what Donnie was)

I found a script of the movie online (not sure if it's the final one or not, but still) and am running through it to see if there are any clues...

 		Those numbers given to us in that weird conversation thang might have to do with "the day the world ends", like in DD.

Also looked up the book Nature. Supposedly has a lot to do about transcendentalism...possible point of interest?

I just checked his profile page. Was he always from Slovenia and 897 years old? Are either of those references to DD?

Based on that tangent universe thing that MrToasty posted, I'm guessing that the 'strange object', Franklin, is the Artifact, and Adam is the vessel.
