Folding the Wish Well wishes for Dave Szulborski As announced on ARGnet last week, a few of us here are currently working on a project for Dave S. aka cabalagent23 . He has recently fallen ill and could surely use our well wishes.
We've been folding cranes and writing our wishes on them to send to Dave next week. Our goal is 1000 cranes. For some our international friends, I've been making cranes for their wishes (since the mail service can sometimes be soooo slow.)
So for anyone else hasn't been able to make a crane or won't have time to mail one, you can participate too! Just PM me, post here in this thread or email me at varinSPLAT foldingthewish.com .
For more details, visit www.foldingthewish.com
Edit: Moved to N&R and Globaled. -SpaceBass

I am very sorry to hear about this even though I didn't personally know him. I will keep him in my thoughts and will most certainly send a crane his way.

As I have been folding cranes on and off since fifth grade, I will send as many cranes as I have folded.
I am so very sorry to here this, even though I do not know Dave very well.

My goal is to overnight 100 cranes on Monday (or Tuesday at the latest). I've got about 60 done so far. Have also sent countless prayers to the Man Upstairs's suggestion box.

I will probably not be able to send Dave any cranes at this point (long story), but I hope one of you can make one in my name...and I want Dave to know that I'm praying for him.

I don't think I can get a crane anywhere useful by then, so please please fold him one for me!

I don't know Dave personally, but have been lucky enough to play his awesome games. Hoping only the best for him.
I'll try to get a few out to you next week. You are sending them out on May 2nd, right?

That's the goal. We will also send him any we receive after that.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to to send any cranes, but my prayers are with him.

Quick question - Is it OK to mail them flat in an envelope (all folded, but just needing to have their wings pulled slightly apart)?
