Muons...

First time poster... blah blah

I'd thought I'd chip in with a thought...
The 1st graph appears to be a comparison between Depth underground (the left side)(mwe) and the energy a muon has (measured at sea level)(Gev)
As to how to decipher it... not really sure.

Also, the chart on the bottom right has similarities to the chart on page 3 of this:
http://www.jetpletters.ac.ru/ps/1336/article_20182.pdf
note the tick marks on the left

Hope this helps

EDIT: also, the first line of the first graph:
3 6 9 15 27
Those were listed as important numbers by Mike... like how many people you would want in a group.

I just called and spoke to Joey, regarding the release of the info packets. A few probing questions didn't get me too far. He just said things are crazy there, and that everyone is coming in and yelling at him. Including the mayor. He seems pretty upset... said he just wanted to come in today and have a good day at work. I told him I was concerned with the chaos, since I had already begun preparing for my relocation, and asked if I should talk to anyone else. As usual, he directed me to Russo.

Poor guy Sad

the me decade is the 1970s. Maybe it spilled over to the '80s, but I know that in pop culture it is the '70s that are referred to as the me decade

just my 2 cents

I believe those ticks on the grid indicate a logarithmic scale...

for the numbers, some pattern ideas:
1000 - 3,6,9,15,27 = 1*3, 2*3, 3*3, 5*3, 9*3
2000 - 3,84,2010,7,124 = 1*1+3, 9*9+3, 9*223+3, 2*2+3, 11*11+3
3000 - 7,T,A,U,Q = ...related to QUATI?
4000 - +,I,!,NO,NO = I, completes the QUAT from the previous row?
5000 - 3,(?)D,NO?,NO,M = no idea

This jumped out at me as a literal command. I don't think they mean figurative perspective, but the way you orient the pages.

Could be wrong, but it's all I could think of when I read that.

For normal English, and just to cover all the bases:

My tale is of a Duke, large of stomach and purse;
that he should only dine on pie was his curse.
Between/Betwixt fish pie and bee(?) pie his mouth grew tired,
Thus hath I, the worker, as his cook been hired.
For the bold new pie, (????) were my choice:
Hard to catch; their good meat, moist.
My work constant, to cook my only wish,
After a month I delivered the dish.
The Duke's face grew bright as the sky
As he turned to enjoy the sight of the pie.
Shouting a cry, wild with gluttony,
He put the whole pie in his belly.
From this foul prison, the (????) twitter and tweet;
Now in his stomach, they were what chuck did eate.

Notes:
A) There seem to be many extra letters, either as an attempt to appear as Shakespearean or Middle English (it is not from what I can tell) which may be a clue; a type of code if you exclude y for i and ou for u or ew and u for v in some circumstances.
B) I hesitate to translate briddes to birds; this misspelling is egregious. The evidence for "Birds" is the mention of twitter and tweeting, however 'tweeting' is not a verb; twittering is. The birds, therefore, produce tweets when they twitter.
Really, I think this is a clue to check out Twitter for an account tied to this, but I could be way off.

***************************************
My own two cents: Chuck Jagoda is eating in the video a lot. So, he might be the Chuck that we need to look for on Twitter.

The first thing I thought of when I read that was...wait until tomorrow. But I just got here and am picking apart the booklet. Back later!

Hey, I got the packet! Haha, I couldn't help thinking about the Creation Museum when they talked about dinosaurs and man separating after the Brass Age. Laughing

I don't know if I will be able to help much on the cipher part of the booklet, but I will do my best to help on anything else. This looks like it is going to get interesting... Wink

Some other random thoughts: I think the "Duke" in the workers poem is Chuck Jagoda. He is overweight in the video, and the poem talks about the "Duc, large of stomak and purs", and above the poem is Chuck eying a pie.

Also, do the Dark Dollars look like weird versions of Zener cards to anybody else?

Just getting started on these... long afternoon. The bookmark in the picture clearly indicates this is important. It was also placed out of order on the Flickr page, making it more prominent.

Yeah, agreed 100%. I think this further confirms the earlier ideas re: his status in "new-milwaukee".

I've set up a history timeline to compare with ours...

I think it might be possible that the dormant and active eras overlap with the Blackstar merger. If ACT 10 is 2008, ACT 5 is 2003, which if DOR 4 is 2003, makes TRO 0 2007; and that all fits, assuming the 300 troubles took place over the course of a year, perhaps.
But it means that there's a TRO 0 would line up with ACT 9, which seems odd.

Someone said they talked to Mike ( i believe ) regarding numbers of people who should go out in groups together. I may be wrong, but I thought it was odd when he mentioned multiples of 3, but left out 12... this seems to be the same for some reason...

edit: found it:

Nemesis Of Mole's call with Mike Russo

I called him up and asked him about Sector 21, Its apparently an important place, very vital to the future of the area but also VERY dangerous he said. Currently he said that there's not all that much to be said about the area though. He also stressed yet again the importance of teens traveling in groups of 3 or multiples of 3. He then stressed the number sequence "6 9 15 27" as numbers to travel in.
