Here's what Lutwidge says in the latest puzzle:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Seeker, you have fathomed the depths of the secret. You know now what wonders await in Rapture, both within and without. But if it remains beyond your reach despair not, for the Red Queen's race has nearly run it's course. Keep the faith, and you shall embark upon the White Knight's journey. The Knight's question must be answered - only then will the Seven-Fold Lock at last unfold. It's lights will lead you through the wreckage and prepare you for your last descent. This is Orrin Oscar Lutwidge, one other laboring upon the waves to Rapture.

As it turns out, this is our seventh puzzle. meaning it's probably our last. At least, until we get to rapture...? Idk. The puzzle is definitely the seven fold lock, though.

Actually...

Lutwidge says "keep the faith"...

what was the White Knight's faith?

or what faith was in question?

A little reward?

Wouldn't it be nice if 2K gave all the members of this forum a special exclusive download content for the game? I mean all this hard work and dedication to such an awesome game series. It sure would be nice to know we are that appreciated...

*Stares suggestivly at Elizabeth*

I mean really these puzzles are torture. I put the site down for 2 days and poof I'm lost again. Clicking little coins. Go back and do this puzzle again... Then.. oh wait damnit I gotta do the light thing to open this box again! Here I go again with the little erasable marker on my monitor...

Just cruel.

I may be wrong, but I believe the faith in question is Alice wishing to become a queen...

Hello!

Long time lurker, first time poster Very Happy Great job on this guys, i've been following it for a long time now and am amazed at the depth this has gone into.

Just finally took a stab at the puzzles and am at another puzzle after the White Knight speech. Has anyone solved this yet or am I missing something? Sad

did you guys realize that lewis carrol's real name is Charles Lutwidge Dodgson.

Another random bit of info. Alice in Wonderland was written for 3 girls:
Lorina Charlotte Liddell
Alice Pleasance Liddell
Edith Mary Liddell

I guess this is where the creators of SitS go the idea for the Lidell and Lewis publishers and Lutwidges name, fom those three girls, Lewis Carroll(obvious) and Lewis Carrolls' real name

Old news guys, sorry. You should check out this Wiki, it's pretty good and sums up most of what's been discovered already:

New News

The new news is the "white knight" aspect. I'm trying to hunt down a copy of that book right now. Partially for this board, and partially b/c I'm a literary dork and kinda want to see what all the fuss is about - it seems that biography is quite controversial.........

Thanks for cluing the new folks in Robbie, and welcome fellow-former-lurkers!

'IT'S MY OWN INVENTION'

Haven't tried that one yet - give it a whirl. I'm at work, so the old paper over the monitor gag will likely be noticed.

If you've already solved the jewelry box piano puzzle, you don't need to solve it again. Just click on the metal puzzle box and it should show the 4x4 grid puzzle.
That said, it is a pain to enter phronima each time to get to the most recent puzzle, which appears to be a passphrase of some sort.

Freakin' sweet - thanks for that tidbit. I just left it open on my netbook at home, so I wouldn't have to screw with it again. That makes life dramatically easier.
