Well Red queen in norwegian is Rod (With the slsh through it) dronning if that helps.

I was looking at that clipping from the norwegian dictionary, the one that tells you that rod means red, it says that rode means to converse, now thats got to be important, otherwise they probably just wouldn't bother putting it in. Maybe it's got something to do with the way Ludwidge in his vocal messges, keeps referring to his journey as the ROAD to rapture, as far as I know, Ludwidge himself has never written it down himself so maybe it's yet another riddle, what it could mean though is beyond me.

Okay here's what I think Mark is going to do next.

A. Continue to bug Lex Harlan about Quain, until he gets Quain's original manuscript.

B. Celeste said she had bribed the right people to keep Quain locked up. Maybe Mark will convince her to do the opposite.

C. Mark is going to go undercover by checking himself into Tollview Hospital so he can talk to Quain himself. Dr Lymon knows that Mark has been under a great deal of stress.

There is a new message on the machine and a unfinished letter in the typewriter. It appears mark thinks that he is going crazy... i wonder where this is going?

it seems he's warning Benny that he might do something that only Benny can save him from. it also seems like he might have been take from the typewriter before finishing. in the message Benny seems to be on the way at that moment. perhaps he already got to Marks place? yeah i'd like to see where this is going too... bonehead might be right about sneaking into Tollevue as a patient... but that's highly risky cause there's no guarantee he'd be let out anytime soon.

Looks like there was a break in. Probably Benny and police taking Mark away. It makes me wonder, does Mark really think he's lost it or is this a plan to get himself into Tollview to see Quain/Lutwidge?

Besides the room being in shambles, no new clues.

It could be that he's just manipulating Stango, but on his latest message, Stango does sound like he genuinely wants to help Mark, he doesn't insult him or anything, and he goes to the trouble of sending some guys who live closer to Mark's place ahead of him to get there quicker... could Stango be an Inspector Javert? It would fit with Inman being a bad guy.

EDIT: Okay, just seen the latest update... wow, that's... well, if Mark is manipulating them in order to sneak into Tollevue, he's really getting into his role...

I'm pretty sure that the unfinished letter AND the mess indicates that he's been robbed and/or attacked. Probably has nothing to do with Stango. Or maybe it's what Stango did. hmm... Maybe the big sister has returned? I guess we'll find out soon enough.

I don't think it was the big sister. Someone rifled through all his things, there's papers and drawers all over the floor, and I don't think they'd fall out of the desk like that in a normal struggle. A lot of the papers are in the same place too.

Maybe a hate crime? I'm sure Mark is pretty well known, maybe someone wanted to stop his research for some reason.

come on guys isnt it obvious? mark wanted to get to tollview. it was the only way for him to see quain(if that is his real name). Why else would he call stango. stango was always out to get him. he put up a big fight so it would look like he really went crazy which is why the room is a mess. Quain was in the long term restricted ward of the hospital so he had to completely flip out.

i wonder how the folks at 2K are gonna get mark outta this one. maybe call in a favor to inman somehow???

Saw the scene at Penny Arcade Expo. It does look like a mess, however there was a new puzzle. The only problem was that it broke and needed to be taken away to be repaired so no one saw what was in it. It was a rubik's cube like thing with a bunch of colored lines crisscrossing on sliding panels.
