Does anyone know the significance of the budda? I've clicked everything on it and it hasn't done anything.

There seems to be some kind of seam on it's head. Other than that, all we've done is speculated. It doesn't do jack yet...

I have a feeling Mark is going to find a way into the statue... and then we will.

It would crack me up if he finds it full of heroin, instead of having some deeper meaning for the game. Twisted Evil

Doubtful, but definitely amusing.

If he finds it full of ADAM, things could get very interesting...

Hah, you can close the window now to stop the annoying ship noise, that you could already and I just didn't notice.

Is this where I parked my car?

I have been out of this for a while but it seems we solved the first step of the final riddle. =P Mind telling me what we're waiting for? Where's my buds Cat V and Sylo?

Right here. Here's a thought. Anyone else find it interesting that Mark's last port was in Tangiers, the same place as LWS? I don't know if that will be of any significance, but... Anyway. I wonder how the people whose letters get posted feel? Eg. the ones who are called complete nutbags. Anywho, now that Mark has the postcard, maybe we can move along a little further and solve the next part of the nixies...

The first fan letter in the green mail sorter has a second page of graphs and gibberish, but has a scrap of paper attached, packed with the secret "battle" language. I am not even close to patient enough to decode it. Little help.

HOLY CRAP! I just laughed my ass off - just took a closer look at the postcard - not sure how many of you are mountain people, but the picture in the background is actually the Grand Teton in Jackson Hole!

I lived there for five years - can't believe I missed it. Cool Photoshop job. Sorry if off topic, but gave me another good laugh today.

Here's what it says:

somewhere there's a sunken tower
far across the silent sea
underneath the icy water
someone calls for me

somewhere there's a harlequin
dancing masked beneath the sea
who built a frenzied wonderland
and left the scraps for me

somewhere there's a race to run
the road that goes down to the sea
where a pawn became a queen
and lies in wait for me

and there are ropes
in the dark
and there is something
in the sea
and there is someone
walking softly
and I know that they're
coming for me

By the way, that was the first time in a long while that we've had an update on Sunday, am I right?

I believe you are correct. Very nice, although I feel for the guy in the office on a Sunday!
