Ok, so an odd observation - if you click on the listing of Mark's radio messages, the handwriting for the message from Celeste is completely different than Mark's (not to mention Roget and Celeste)- did someone take it for him? 2nd Mate maybe? Or mayhaps the message came in AFTER he left the ship for his Lynch confrontation - someone straighten me out if I've missed something here please.........

the words "don't come" are highly stressed, perhaps the mate was implying something? maybe he didnt want mark to contact celeste

That's definitely not Mark's handwriting, someone took the message for him but so far we have no way to figure that out.

Celest Rojay.... Rolling Eyes

My question is, if someone DID take the message for Mark, and I assume we agree someone did, how did they even know it was Celeste Roget? It would seem a bit foolish for Mark to disclose that information to anyone...

Hmm, good point...

The captain may not be Lynch, but he definitely knows more than he's saying.

Wow - great observation Cat - I missed that in the message it is from "you know who......"

Maybe whoever on the programming staff that writes for Mark was off that day....... Wink THAT would be lame.

I don't think it was the Captain, I'm betting on the second mate. Mark said the captain has his own private library and is pretty well-read, it would surprise me if that was how he spelled Celeste Roget.

Dudes and dudets.... My tinny mind has consieved something! The little sister says "Papa" well.... where does the phrase "Big Daddy" come from? I think that Andrew Ryan gave Lamb the middle finger when he kidnapped her husband and made the first big daddy!!!!! then decided to take lambs daughter and the big daddy bonded with the daughter naturally! but lamb musnt know that the big daddy is the father.... and the little sister thinks lamb is nuts keeping this secret from her!!! does this at all seem crackpot!?

I think the person who wrote the newest log on the received transmissions was Ulrich Broder. It does say in Meltzer's latest note that he was sending Broder to get some things from his cabin.

We already know the exact moment when the big daddy began to bonded with the little sisters. It is in suchong's diary in the first game. (my brother is replaying it so it is still fresh in my memory) It seems the first big daddy bonded after suchong attacked a little sister in frustration...as a result the big daddy protected her and well...good by suchong. Still it is always good to keep your mind rolling.

Yay!! Mark will now either meet up with the big daddy, or much likely exist in the form of various audio diaries! I'm gonna be playing bioshock and I'll understand stuff that Nulty (One of my mates who's obsessed with bioshock but this arg) won't, yay for me.

I hope that 2K can wow me instead of just making something that becomes obvious in the first 5 minutes
