time to give your gf grief about this.

so I got at the location around 5:40 and there was already like 30 people there. some waited there for a half hour or more. the actual street we were supposed to meet on was taped off with caution tape. there was a brooklyn accented detective and police sargent there along with two reporters, a man and woman, asking who we were and what we were doing there. at about 5:50 we were let into the crime scene. it was blocked off with barriers. it was two chalk outlines of bodies, with on outline still containing a bloody body covered in a white tarp. the empty outline had a few bullet casings around it as well as a fedora hat and glasses on the ground. there was a female doctor in a mask looking over the scene. eventually after bntering with the police and doctor a woman named liz came out and thnked us all for coming. as a reward for coming we were given splicer masks and were invited to the official launch party over at the mezzanine. i'm reporting from there right now. i'm so glad I got off work just in time. I just wish I had taken the time to become a pawn. oh well. i'll post more if anything else happens.

ok so evidently the body that was still there was jerimiah lynch. his IOOP card and fake phsyciatric license were on the ground around him. we still don't know who the empty chalk outline belonged to though.

WHY CANT ANYTHING EXCITING HAPPEN IN FUCKING RACINE WISCONSIN!!!! OR ATLEAST MILWAUKE!! FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HOPE THEY HAVE SOME SORT OF SWAG AT THE OPENING PARTY!!! as fun as it is to be here it's pretty boring so far. there's some food, some drink, and a band playing swing music, but no one to talk to. everyone at the event was from the 2kforums. i'm waiting for them to get to stuff about the actual game if that's even coming.

you know i think we as a community here on unforums were kinda ignored when it came to this ARG. sure, if you mailed something, they sent you info and some swag, but no one i talked to knew what unforums even was let alone that we were solving puzzles parallel to them. the night pretty much belonged to the 2k members and i found myself kinda ronery in the crowd. oh well. it was an interesting experience to be sure.
