the redacted part towards the bottom is an obvious hint at Rapture. I feel that he IS getting closer, but he doesn't know that.

i'm going to follow a theory, but it'll take time to find out if i am right.

 		Hey. I'm new here, just started and finished reading all the discussion today. (It took forever, but it was worth it. Very Happy ) Thanks for all the info. I'm going to send out my letter as soon as possible, it's probably too late but... you never know. Anyways interesting tidbit that isn't much help at all, a Patriarch (Patri-Arkh as said by Mr(s). Quain) according to dictionary.com is the male head of a family or tribal line or any of the very early Biblical personages regarded as the fathers of the human race, comprising those from Adam to Noah (antediluvian patriarchs) and those between the Deluge and the birth of Abraham. Just found it a bit interesting.

It seems the latest clues are getting him closer to realizing that people were transported from the coasts... and not under force. This is during the cold war era, if the russians and the americans are noticing the same issues then it begs the question... who was behind it... where did they go.

It's a step in the filling out for the story for him. It is new. The russian stuff is newer.

 		Bunch of New Stuff
Meltzer cleaned up study, all the papers that were out are now in a new archive folder, including the radio interview tape. Also there is a new letter from Celeste Roget saying a little about what happened in the Himalayas, also telling him that whoever these people are, they listen to her phone calls and read her mail. Also, a paper about and a recording of the James Millard Oakes League.
