exanor, I think where you have questioned the word "sense" after literary she's saying bent. I also hear her say Charlotte at the end. The background sounds like maybe one of them is on or next to a subway/train because it's a continuous sound.

Well from what it sounds like, it seems like they're on a subway. Also, the way that she describes Charlotte seems like she did at one point like her, but then refers to it as a "nightmare" so is she scared of Charlotte. The man she's talking to seems like he knows something about this Charlotte, or knows someone like her, (if he is a therapist) someone from his past, perhaps (past patient?)

About the location of the recording: there is no train around Mission Blvd... I Well the message doesnt' have to be recorded from where the package is sent, of course.

I noticed that on the tape it was written on the other side vis (?) which if that is the case could be taken from vis a vis (face-to-face)
