Which seems almost right, er....except for the last bit. But maybe my sums are wrong or something
EDIT:- Man, I'm struggling to get the characters to line up, heh, try it yourself, you'll see what I mean. I can get them to line up as a [Code], but then it wouldn't be spoilered, unless I'm missing some way to magically spoiler a nested code?
Could the last part be our passcode?

It looks like we've decrypted that last line wrong somehow, but, it's worth noting that the underscore between 11 and 7 is in the email I received too, so it wasn't a mistake (as I'd assumed it was). Ordinarily, on the the interweb, 11_7 would mean 11 subscript 7, but that would indicate some form of indices.

I'd love to know what the correct solve was for that encrypted message.
Anyway, looking at the dates provided there. The Dreamscape system was first started at 12:00 on 09/04/2033, and current game time is some 77 years later at 02:09:2110. No idea if that's going to be important or not but thought I'd mention it.
And, it would seem the players are still stuck in the Dreamscape as, if I'm reading that right, the protocol "Wake the players" was interrupted by Master Guide 01a (though, if any of them have been in there for 77 years, it's probably for the best!). So perhaps we're looking to help the players get out of the Dreamscape?
EDIT- The portal page has changed. We've now got the following message:-

Each # after 5 is the product of the number two before it, and one less than the one before it. 1*(5-1) = 4; 5*(4-1) = 15; 4*(15-1) = 56; 15*(56-1) = 825; 56*(825-1) = 46144; 825*(46144-1) = 38067975
So, the last one should be 46144*(38067975-1) = 1756608592256
edit: With comma notation (for us Americans), that's 1,756,608,592,256--1.7 trillion.
What that means, I have no idea.

its (a*b)-a
edit because math hates me!:

The 4*(15-4) was a typo, now corrected.
They both work out the same way, but if it's (a*b)-a, the last part of yours should be (46144*38067975)-46144 which will give you the same answer I had.
Edit (because I can't get my thoughts together today): a*(b-1) = ab - a = (a*b) - a = all the same.

Nice work folks. I've tried firing that number in to the website in various different formats without any success. I've also emailed the number to arklightSPLAT inbox.com.
