Got an email back. Interesting note, the email belongs to a Michael Carter, but the email is from Clark Rogen, hmm.

We are an organization branching from and commissioned by the United Nations. We were founded in January 2010 with one simple goal: to provide a means of global control of the AIDS and HIV virus.. I also sent a message. Played on my time in the sandbox. Christ, if he's a real person, I might have met him back then. His age and rank don't fit, though. 23 year-olds are not E-6. I don't even think that's possible, given the minimum service times for advancement.

The people are really friendly but when you get some radical on your hands then it really sucks. They stop at nothing to get a kill in. But it wasn't that bad I was only there for a little over a year then got called away for a special mission with the SEALs.

I was there about a year ago. I was in Baghdad for a while. Then we went south and didn't recon with anyone so if you know me it was probably from Baghdad. Sucks for your roommate. Yea I was gonna get stoplossed but got called for a special mission with the SEALs. Are you still in it or did you not relist?

Nah, I got out three years ago. They stuck me on a carrier and things lost their shine real fast. When they tried to convince me to stay, I told them where to shove it and moved back to Montana.

I'm currently employed by them so unfortunately I can't say too much about it but it has something to do with a lot of sick people and since I'm a med staff sergeant it's my job to figure things out.

My hunch was right. This is the pay dirt right here. Gonna see what I can get out of him on this subject.

Edit again: Dude I just made a connection. If you look at his picture and the caption, it says the guy with him is MICHAEL CARTER and that's the guy that the email comes from after you solve that cipher. Hmmm... the plot thickens.
