[PUZZLE(?)] Did you get your copy of Reloaded? okay, this might not have ANYTHING to do with the ARG, but then again, it just might.
inside my Matrix Reloaded case, i get 2 papers:
1 is the chapter list for the 2 discs of Reloaded
1 is the "OMG! HOT HOT HOT!!" special offers paper
Now, again, this might all be nothing, but if you open up the special offers paper all the way, and you are facing the side with the Samsung phone (not the n270, but the silver one) and it says "Surround Yourself With Samsung", if you look at the box to the left of that, you see a little page for www.matrix.com.
in the background, there's a grip of webpages listed, but something that stuck out to my eye was this:
0x3195af6e72b543c6977da16e7895b3
it's a few lines below the big, green, glowing www.matrix.com
when i convert it just like it is, i get:
ASCII:
1•¯nrµCÆ—}¡nx•³
Decimal in Bytes (sorry, i'm using Hex Number Converter by http://occcsa.com to convert this):
0 49 149 175 110 114 181 67 198 151 125 161 110 120 149 179
Hexdecimal:
00-31-95-AF-6E-72-B5-43-C6-97-7D-A1-6E-78-95-B3
and Binary:
00000000-00110001-10010101-10101111-01101110-01110010-10110101-01000011-11000110-10010111-01111101-10100001-01101110-01111000-10010101-10110011
i mean, maybe i'm a retard, and it means nothing, but it's the only hex code on the paper, and it's just kinda sitting there in a nest of sites.
anyone else see this?
any thoughts?

I don't know much about codes and stuff but converting binary I get this or this:
1•¯nrµCÆ—}¡nx•³
e5vsJjCÆK_4sb+3
Sorry I'm not much help.

Ooh, you may have found some new Hexcodes for the website. I've yet to check them but if they're what I think they are they could lead to some extra goodies. This has been a long running thing with the Official site. I've got a complete list of the ones available Here complete with instructions on where and how to enter them, in case you didn't know.
I'll go test them and let you know if they work out to be anything.

Well I tried a couple combos and nothing happened.
I tried both
3195af6e
and
72b543c6
and didn't get anything. Usually a light will flash when you get a valid code entered.
It's got to be something though because in anything Matrix related where you find an 0x before a string of numbers it will usually end up being code for the website, or it could be a cheat code for the EnterTheMatrix game.
I'll ask around and see if anyone else has seen it.
Are any of the letters highlighted, or spaced differently?

If anyone here wants to know, in decimals: 1853396403.
Don't know if it means something...

0x == "This is Hex"

"0x" is just programmer lingo for "the following constant is a hex number." It is used in a number of programming languages. It is like appending an "L" to a number (like 1024L), which means "the previous constant is a long integer" or "ULL" for an unsigned 64-bit integer.
The 0x makes more sense when dealing with shorter/smaller numbers that do not contain letters. When you have "11," what does that mean? Is it 11 (decimal), 3 (binary), 17 (hex), 9 (octal)? It really could be any of the above, but the "0x" prefix locks it down to hex.

yeah I've heard that before. So far on the Matrix site they've got Binary codes and Hex codes. They been releasing mainly Hexcodes lately. And it's usually that 0x that we look for. They've hidden half codes in the file names of the trailers before and it will usually be something like "Rev_Trailer_0x_1234.avi". The underscore after the 0x tell us they're giving us the last half of the full hex code.
There's rumor of a third code panel but it's pure speculation. The first code panel, the binary one, was called Access Panel 3. The Hex Code panel, which was added a couple months before Reloaded was released, was Access Panel 2. We're wondering if there will be an Access Panel 1 and what kind of codes it will utilize.
Nothing yet though.
I apologize if this has been covered on this board somewhere else. I'm new here so I haven't seen it if it has.

Huh, that's interesting, about a third code panel...I need to get caught up on this stuff. Someone on MFN wrote a handy little program for automatically finding all the hex codes, and it says that there aren't any new ones. The official webmaster dude actually knows all about this program, so that would certainly be a good reason for making another code panel...a better secured one.

I don't know that for sure, it's pure speculation based on the naming of the first two.
