Well, if we can't work out coding we might be able to at least make some deductions from what we've seen so far.

1) The comment of 'The Box=Hell" spelled out in semi-l33tspeak.

2) Shroedingers cat is referenced as well

3) Babel industries, the tower of babel was an act of great arrogance and conceit on the behalf of man the end result was God scattering man and garbling languages to avoid that level of unity again and such an act of hubris.

4) Multiple references to a military group that were charged with securing the area.

5) There are several images of the equation for the heisenburg uncertainty principle

Possible speculation

1) Some sort of endtimes/doomsday scenario where the actions of scientist essentially open up a hellmouth or something similar.

2) Weird thought, the paradox of Shroedingers cat wasn't to illustrate the idea of a cat being both dead and alive, it was to show the problem with quantum mechanics. What if babel group did something involving such principles and due to bad data or inaccuracy of quantam mechanics caused some sort of major disaster? (Since if you click the cat you hear that apparently there was some failure)

Perhaps i've missed it, but i dont see any mention to the url http://www.thehansofoundation.org/ which can be found by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the babel research page.

It takes you to some kind of "about me" page for alvar hanso, and contains reference to his daughter, rachel blake.

In amongst the page source, there is a link to a (what appears to be) unregistered domain for Rachel Blake, found here:

Apologies in advance if it's been mentioned before, but i didnt see any mention of it on wikibruce or anywhere else

This ARG is not relate to the latest Wired Magazine.

JJ Abrams uses the 'Whats in the Box' as a question he asks when writing all of his works.

It is used to grab the viewer and ask for there curiosity.

LOST is a great example of this. The show asks "What is the island?", and still we don't know the answer.

Whats in the box has been used by many authors and writes, but more importantly JJ.

So please, this has nothing to do with WITB site and arg.
