I'm currently employed by them so unfortunately I can't say too much about it but it has something to do with a lot of sick people and since I'm a med staff sergeant it's my job to figure things out.

I think it might be possible to start this from both ends. I haven't been contacted by the UN guy, so I couldn't rightly go e-mailing him saying I've got Charlie's attention, now what? So I'm going to stick to being Charlie's buddy for now, until either things match up or I wind up as his hand in the states, playing against the government watchdogs.

Mike is an old high school friend. Best friend. I would die for that guy and I'm sure he would do the same for me. We were together in Iraq. He's been tagging along with me on this mission. He doesn't have much expertise on the subject but he's a fun guy to have around. We are both on vacation now for a little bit but we'll be heading back soon.

Do you guys think the fact that it is "Micheal", not MichAEl is significant?

Has to be. Not sure how that works. It's a key of some sort, but I can't figure it out. Unless it means a sequence of changes. First letter moves forward/back 5, then 2 and 2 and 5 and 2 and 2...
