That's how it's looking. I found the statement to be weird:

Why not say "no friends". Saying zero friends seems odd to me. Especially coming after the statement "there's strength in numbers".

I'm increasingly thinking there's something here.

 		Possible!:

ICQ-PIC indicates jiang sun has an ICQ.
ICQ ID's are 7 or 8 digits, i think (strength in numbers?)
Nobody wants to have zero friends (only in a buddy list would you use such terminology)

Are we to find digit string that's an ICQ number? Is that how we contact her?

Or do we look at another picture, smiley_catty, and assume that's her username?

does this mean there's a video embedded in the jpg or that the jpg was a capture from a video? possibly a dead end, as were the picture names, but who knows.
