Well look who's mr. serious all of the sudden.

We all have a role to play.

Makes perfect sense.

We haven't been able to crack the code to be able to turn the systems off at the Brightman yet.

Your friend Mr. Wulf can help if you ask him right.

Yes we can prove the girl is alive, the proof will come shortly.

No more answers until that proof arrives.

Can you restore Bricker/Portnoy's memories?

See above.

Well fuck. So much for our trade...
But unless Wulf is holding out on us here, I am 99% certain it has something to do with Port's book. Not sure what, but someone (Rage? Bricker?) did say it would be important eventually.

As much as I hate to disappoint - I'm not withholding anything. And like the email said - you guys just aren't asking me the right questions, lol.

I'm sure it has something to do with the book too, but I think I've spent too much time reading thru that book - I need to step back from it. As I've mentioned I cataloged and took pictures of every part of that book that was relevant. Everything that was written/highlighted/drawn on etc, is there.

As a funny side note, when Classical and I were having lunch with Bricker in Portland we were asking him as many questions as we could, and at one point I made the comment "I know that there's something we're not asking, or not asking right..." At which point, he more or less said "Umm, yeah dummies.." and then finally drew a picture for us, which lead us to the new package, which you can see here
in all of it's suspense and glory.

Anyway, I promise I'm not deliberately hiding anything, or keeping anything back. I guess I'm just waiting for someone to ask the right question, and all of a sudden all of the pieces will fall into place... Confused

In my opinion, she was kinda 125 pounds of useless bitch from the minute she was revealed to be on the other side of things. But that's probably mostly just the mood I'm in today. We haven't really gotten much out of her specifically since the reveal and her subsequent capture, except a few pictures and an entertaining comic book cover.

The contingency plan is really giving me a headache. Mostly because I want to know where to use it. Or if it was technically even meant for us at all. On some level it must be, but the message of ALL AGENTS RUN NOW has started standing out to me for some reason. But as always, I'm probably just rambling.

1) Which tweets are those? Sorry, my brain is a bit mushy lately as well. One of the alternate dimensions I inhabit is preoccupying a lot of my time and energy lately.

2) Bear with me on this one, but I was under the impression that "Jerry" was something of a senior member of whatever organization we're dealing with. Someone with a salary that could afford more than what looks like a 1994 GMC Jimmy... Laughing

==EDIT==
WHOOPS! Sorry all - I typed this up about 10:30am MST, and apparently never hit "Submit" ..

I didn't think she was completely worthless. I thought she was kinda cute... Twisted Evil

Whats on pages 125, 12 and 22?

EDIT:

Also the last line of TB's latest email bugs the crap out of me. I know "Audi Bro" sounds like "Outtie" which is just another way of saying "see ya later", but like Wulf said, I got the impression that Jerry was a Chief of sorts, since someone referenced Holly being the "Chief's fingerwarmer", and being the Chief of a department, could afford something bigger than that SUV lookin thing in the ditch.

Maybe Jerry could afford an Audi

So I was just about to go send an email to Bricker to see how he was doing/if he was still alive or whathaveyou, but lo and behold! I find this sent to me from his address:

Quote:
people are trying to get this - make this happen Courtney - she must meet with Rage

This is definitely not Bricker writing this email; it looks like Watcher's/Hatch's style.

Had this attached, though.

Curiouser and curiouser....

I got an email back from Rage. In reply to the one where I tried to convince him he's a character in a book, included a bit of the ending Bricker has written (not the most recent version), and also asked him HOW he knew Bricker.
Quote:
Wulf,

Very interesting read, my friend, and I appreciate you working to both enlighten me and clarify your own thoughts. I think it's important for you to know that what you have read and sent to me is the story that we have both created, not what the writer originally intended. I guess without my perspective it's difficult to comprehend so let me take this opportunity to clarify for you. Share it if you want, keep it to yourself if that seems better.

I first became aware of my situtation while I was sitting in my car, listening to Springsteen's "Darkness on the Edge of Town" and watching a house burn. I had the oddest sensation that everything was only two-dimensional. That I was acting out of a will not my own. Inconsistent, as it were. And little by little over the coming weeks I became aware of "rewrites". I found myself going through the same situations over and over again, but responding differently. It was very disorienting and as I fought against it and tried to respond to the situations I was placed in the manner that I wanted to, something started to happen. I found myself able to control my surroundings like the dreamer who half-wakes in the midst of the dream.

Then it happened. I stepped through a door, intending to kill that old stupid bastard Poughkeepsie and instead came face to face with the writer. He was hunched over a folding card table, typing on a laptop in Norman, Oklahoma. He looked up at me - surprise registering on his face - but not complete surprise. As if he had already sensed me pushing against his will, getting stronger each time.

So do I know the writer? Intimately. Do I know that I'm a character in a story? Again, I say "aren't we all?"

It's time we see where this story goes.

A.R.

*twitch*

I've also continued playing with the numbers from the GPS portal - really just doing anything I can. And that gets a bit stranger also. Remember the sum total from either column or row ended up totaling the same amount? Yeah - well that particular pattern continues. I kept using Excel, and have done a few things, like color in the "squares" without numbers/symbols in them - to see if it spelled anything out - and vice versa. Interesting results - but nothing that I can see (I'm also going blind because of it at this point) - but the weird part? Say you count the squares without numbers/symbols in em- and total them up for columns & rows .. then add them together like I did the first round? Yeah - no matter how I do it - the numbers always match.
Now - I'm sure there's a simply mathmatical explanation for this - however, I'm no mathematician. My forte has always been in napping. So if the answer to this question is obvious, please be nice in letting me know.. lol.. Laughing
