The Pope and the Empress

So who would be the Pope (also known as the Hierophant)? The Pope is the male equivalent of the Priestess, however adding in the element of truth and divine intersession or religious convictions.

From http://www.tarotpedia.com/wiki/Pope_or_Hierophant:
Quote:
Suggested Divination Meanings - The Pope or Hierophant is generally seen as a spiritual teacher, one who gives advice and guidance to those seeking it. In both the Tarot de Marseille and the Waite-Colman Smith, he is shown giving a blessing, a sign of kindness, love and protection. He is the one who connects man to God or the Gods, and as a result represents (structured) religion and the value of tradition (as opposed to the freely flowing spirituality of the Popess or High Priestess).

However, in a few decks, such as the Robin Wood Tarot, this card is interpreted in a negative light and is seen as indicating repression, oppression and rigour.

Could that be DeMolay or Lenny?

[meta] I have to say, as a novice tarot reader, there is absolutely nothing interesting in these draws, unless we are looking for people that match the profiles of the cards. So unless there's something about the order of the numbers for a code, they need to pull in the suit cards.

Also - good to see you Jacks! [/meta]

DeMolay=Lenny

I wonder if we have to work with the "Divination Meanings" or the actual "game" with tarot card. (of which I have no clue but what I have read about on Wiki.)

I think that there's something about the order of the numbers for a code.
Considering the way they were posted...

April 12: the lovers (single card) - 6

April 13: The Empress and the High Priestess ( La Pappessa) - 3 - 2

April 14: The Empress - 3

April 15: The Empress and The Emperor - 3 - 4

April 16 The Empress and Hierophant 3 - 5

6 32 3 34 35

Emporer is card 4

Here are all of the Major Arcana cards in order:

0-The Fool (Joker)
1-The Magician
2-Priestess
3-Empress
4-Emperor
5-Pope/Hierophant
6-The Lovers
7-The Chariot
8-"Strength"
9-The Hermit
10-The Wheel of Fortune
11-Justice
12-The Hanged Man
13-Death
14-Temperance
15-The Devil
16-The Tower
17-The Star
18-The Moon
19-The Sun
20-Judgement
21-The World

Here are the meanings, at least some of the meanings, as it is all based on foregone knowledge and intuition of the situation when you do a reading. http://www.tarotteachings.com/tarot-card-meanings-of-the-major-arcana.html.

As for playing a game with Tarot, it can be stacked as any other card deck, if you remove the Major Arcana. There's also the one you mentioned, 3V1L, which would seem similar to black jack. I suck at card games other than black jack, solitaire and poker, so that would be for you card sharks in the thread. Wink

[meta] For this game dear Jacks, I am anything but an Oracle, however that is so sweet of you. Smile I missed you TOO![/meta]

Magus/Magician card just went up. # isn't clearly shown, but according to BlackandBlue's post, it should be #1.

Curiouser and curiouser.

Opens a PDF menu. Looks shopped, but I'm clueless about image manipulation outside of steganography.

Open character map if you have windows. Look for the symbol. Write down the number.

If nobody else does it, I'll get around to it sometime tonight.

You're good TempestDevil

I just got the same translation in webdings, but did it by hand. LOL

EDIT TO ADD: I can't see how the menu would be stegged, unless the airport is playing along. The PDF appears to be directly from the http://www.bbclowairport.com server.

I guess it's time to email someone in this game... EDIT PART DEUX:

Okay Classical I hear ya! LOL

Who's in Frisco?
