Sweet man, congrats! I had to raid Darth Burger myself for the same Kirk glass. First restaurant glass I've ever bought that has actually been well-designed. Thank goodness it's Kirk's glass and him with all his swagger.

Actually, as Hitching (as far as I can remind it) found out, all the videos are hosted at alertvulcan:

http://www.alertvulcan.com/video/1.flv
...
http://www.alertvulcan.com/video/20.flv

Since they all are online now, you can download them. One of these videos must be the video you're looking for.
(I just hope, the videos weren't changed in the meantime)

Yes, there are videos 1-20 and then there's the Transmission video. It's not one of the videos 1-20.

When we first got the correct combination, the Transmission video was only the S.O.S. After awhile, it changed to the video you suggested on YouTube, the one with the Vulcan and the image of the Narada. Then, it changed even more with Nimoy announcing Matt had won the ARG. All three videos were labeled "Transmission" or "Transmission.flv." The only way I can get the original S.O.S. Trasmission video is if someone downloaded it before it changed.

Ah, OK, sorry, here I cannot help. That video I couldn't download... Perhaps somebody else has it in cache of their browsers?
