A "Social Reality Game"
While the article I found this in describes them as taking "the alternate reality game genre and turning it toward good causes," Akoha's website calls what they do "the first social reality game."

In either case they are one of the five finalists for Who's Got Game? startup competition at the GamesBeat 2009 Conference.
