A strange website linked on Reddit

It's hard to see since the text is so tiny on a brilliantly-white background, but it wants a password to continue.

I don't have the skills or equipment to go snooping around in the pixels and raw data, but a whois shows it was created on May 12 of last year, by someone based in Panama.

Here is the rest of the info---does anyone know how to find out more?
