As a humorous aside for us on this ARG, consider if they had put Oscar in a short segment where he interviews Mark and his team after the attack. Oscar might say:

"Hey, I think those guys thought I was with you and that's why they attacked with SMGs and RPGs. What do you think of my theory, agent Benford? Am I too paranoid? Where is it safe anyway, if you can't be in a Federal Government parking garage without a small army assaulting you? I've got a cousin in Canada. Agent Benford, do you think I'm safe in Canada? What is it with parking garages, lately? Hey, do you guys need a ride? Your car looks pretty bad, you know..."

Here's an observation. Clemente has stated that in her FF she is president. At the end of last weeks episode she has been appointed VP. I imagine the president will be forced to step down due to some scandal, she will be sworn in and she will be the one who sends the mystery agents to kill Benford. After all, as she herself asked, how could they possibly get into a secure federal building to kill him..... unless it's an inside job. Don't know, what do you all think?

I might not remember it right but I thought she did not say "President". I think her reference was more towards the position of power she gets after she is appointed Vice President. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The problem will be the fact that she wants to shut down the investigation and we still have no idea why (other than her being a b... err... difficult). I think she will force the hand of the FBI Director to become the head of DHS.

/OT: I am rather enjoying all the "LOST" references in FF. Connected or not there is no doubt that they both share the same "feel" that appeals to fans of both shows. Smile

Been keeping away from this thread as i wasnt sure how far ahead the US is seeing FF, but it looks like were only a few days behind. I cant wait to see how they deal with the time paradox's in this, the investigation is going to be a difficult one as it wouldn't be happening if it wasn't seen in the flashforward. I'm also in two minds about what i want to happen, i dont want mark to start drinking as he'll lose his wife, but if he doesn't his FF wont come true. the writers must have had a ball writing this series.

His drinking though is the only thing that would make his wife leave him and hook up with Lloyd Simcoe. Ooooooooor his wife could leave him first which would cause him to hit the bottle. Twisted Evil
