Mmm'kay. Well, the obvious Google search brings up an author's page, who has written a book whose central character is "Stephen Raszer ".
http://www.awhill.net/
The site details the author's latest novel, a thriller about an ARG manipulating players into doing Very Bad Things (tm)
So, either the post was a targeted piece of spam advertising, or there's a spin-off ARG about to start to promote this book about manipulating ARG players. I haven't spotted any obvious trailhead as yet though.

Raszer, are you associated with this campaign? Please read these rules about posting trailheads. That link is also available on the upper left of each forum page where it says "New posters, SEARCH before posting and read these rules before posting your killer new campaign."
If you're not associated, I apologize, but I do ask that you not start another thread about it. We just need the one.

Ouch, that website hurts my brain. The clashing color scheme, poor font choice, cluttered and confusing layout, multi-paragraph hyperlink...

[Trailhead] after charlotte... writer fesses up busted. yes, i do have a new book coming out june 1, and yeah, i definitely want the ARG community to know about it. there will be a game, but there's no trailhead yet. sorry my color scheme didn't go down well with PostLarval. btw, it isn't the ARG in my story that steers the players wrong, but the politicos who take over the game for their own nefarious purposes.

the gauntlet reply to church ...in fact, the heroes of the story are a group of veteran Gauntlet players who call themselves the fideli d'amour (search that!) and guide other players along the path to na koja abad (sufi term for "the place that is not a place," i.e, nowhere-land). what i'd really like is to enlist one of you in helping me put together the game. all the ingredients are in the book. no spam here. just a very curious novice!

eh, sorry 'bout that I moonlight in various methods of design, on and offline, and always prefer to see the best possible organization and presentation of information.
If you're looking for help putting a game together, there's a forum for that-

It's a bit of a no-no to talk about such things 'round these parts

raszer now i am even more intrigued when eroticism is used ,dreams veils and visions this could turn out to be a great game i think , i would be completely useless in game building because i am more of a player but i hope your plea falls on the right ears because i know there are some great minds out there just waiting to be tapped into ,but i can assure you i willl mention this post to all my arg friends , and i hope you book does well i like the sound of it and i will prob buy it myself " "

philby greenstreet reply to postlarval no offense taken, postlarval. i could use a better website designer. i'm stuck for now with the generic author's guild template--and i'm colorblind! i'll also be respectful of the unfiction protocol, and not use this as a billboard. honestly, i really just wanted to get to know you guys. raszer
