I'm guessing this is where Nitti is, from his auto-reply to me. It's in the Azores.

How did you discover the hb.jpg link?
I truncated the URL. Hacking 101. If there's no index.htm/html, you can often see what's in the directory.
I thought that might be unintentional, and it appears it was, as there is now an index.html page with an old Jedi mind trick, and hb.jpg has been deleted or renamed. Fortunately, I saved a copy, which is attached.

It might be a mix of ciphers, but I can't make heads or tails out of it yet. I can't tell what we're supposed to do and/or what we're supposed to apply it to.

I wait all week for new clues then they come while I'm asleep! Typical...
Have no idea what that code is though!

A "?" in a code is pretty rare. Tried some one way conversions with no joy. Can only say Double-Hooray to garymaher for the find and the smart, quick screenie.
Maybe there's some relation between the word "droids" in the Star Wars quote and " 9?3 13 R.1 : ll"

I can only suppose that it is connected to the "II" numeral of the http://twentyseven.co.cc/ page....
9 ---> i
?
13 ---> m
R
.
1 ----> a
:
II

Same with me! Stupid time difference between America and Europe!
About the code: I'm not really good at decoding so the only thing I notice about it is that it's very weird that the code has a letter, some numbers and a symbol in it.

"I'm RA", or "I Am R"? Sungod Ra, or the initials RA?

Have we decided whether the last two characters are II as in the numeral or ll as in double L?
Have been playing around with an ASCII table (wondered whether the II/ll at the end might refer to this) translating the numbers, letters and symbols back into pure numeric code - thought this might lead us somewhere but I'm struggling.
Anyone think this is worth pursuing?
Lunch break!

My gut tells me R. 1 stands for Row 1, but even if that's right, Row 1 of what?

Do you think it means something that the "?31" is written on a lighter color than the rest of the numbers?

Perhaps, but it could easily be so it shows up better against the darker part of the background photo.
