So he's used a k instead of a c (or perhaps the k is simply a position away from where it should be, much like electromangetic) and he used a e instead of a k...or c...now I'm just confusing myself...

I'm gonna go try to get my train of thought to go *all the way* to the station. Mr. Green

Elliott also used a capital a in the word 'archive', when talking about Nathan's Gmail account. Does anyone think that means anything or am I looking for something thats not there? Dunno

Here's a thought... considering the recent discussion about misspellings, I'm even more convinced that the key is there... I know a while back that we were starting to chronicle all of those, but did we ever get a bonafide list of all the errors? Having those in one spot may be very helpful - in fact, they may map somehow to the crazy clue on the underconstruction page.

I just had that exact thought about 2 minutes ago...could mean something. Not sure if we're supposed to use these letters with the ones we already have, or if this is just a hint, telling us the misspellings are more significant than just typos.

My list of errors:

Chenchey site:

Our team of researchers is always working working hard, trying to find tomorrow's solutions to today's problems.

Since 1992, the Chenchey Institute has been researching ways to make to make the world a better place.

Influenced by Hanso's humInAtarian work and drive to better mankind through the application of scientific findings...

We remain committed to researching ways to make to make the world a better place, and through science, we hope to pave a new way forward for all mankind.

The Chenchey Institute home to hundreds of hard-working scientists, humanitarians and philanthropists who put their minds to work everyday for the betterment of our species. (missing IS)

The Chenchey Institute prides itself on 17 years of innovative reAsearch into a variety of areas of inquiry.

Dimitri Girard Director, ElectromaNGetic Research

Elliott's blog:

resarch
like (instead of luck)
Archives (possible clue???)

Okay, that's what I have...should I post the sentences the repeat/missing words are in?

EDIT: Decided to post the sentences...figured it couldn't hurt. Smile (Oh and fixed that mistake...thanks special k Wink)

Thanks a lot env. If anyone else knows of others, please chime in so we can update this "master list".

PMs, if these are legitimate typos and not clues... PLEASE, PLEASE fix them ASAP so we stop wasting time! Mad

Assuming they are legit... one thing that sticks out is that if you just take the typo letters (ignoring the typo repeats), you can spell "AGAIN" - but I'm willing to bet somebody already noticed that, and I just forgot how many pages back the post was in ... Very Happy

You can also make the word GANIA, which is a planet from Star Wars, and AINGA, which means 'clear; enlighten; illuminated.' I doubt either of those words are, uh, useful. Just thought I would share. Very Happy

I also noticed that the sentences with to make to make
repeated use the same words in each sentence. I don't think that made sense lol.

See, each sentence uses the same wording. Again I doubt I found anything useful but I thought I would at least mention it. Very Happy

Well this one smacks of a cut and paste error. It's the same phrase in both erroneous sentences.

I like that idea...but again what? It makes me think we need to do something we've already done before...but what? Count letters/words like on the 8th spoke page...but on the Chenchey site...???

I was thinking that too. Maybe it wasn't meant to be on the site twice.

Well, off to bed. Stayed up too late last night with a cranky baby, must get rest tonight. Hopefully I have pointed towards the right path with the errors...good luck all. Very Happy

So looks like we need to focus on Tony and the Boss after all!!

EDIT: Looking back through the solution I have NO idea how you managed this CA - would never have thought of making those connections

Don't know if this is significant but the background image on

http://thenittifamily.byethost15.com/hisblood.html

is saved as a seperate image:

http://thenittifamily.byethost15.com/images/bsq.jpg

BSQ = black square

May just be a background but I'm wondering if something's hidden in the image.

Anyone any good at imagery wizardry? (Empulse??!)
