Got an email from Barbara Chung. Here is the gist:

Idxpo1 has been observing the conflict between the Pathers and the Stables for quite some time. Now, idxpo1 wishes to create a digital notebook, which would feature key information about the conflict and the challenges people on both sides are completing. In addition, idxpo1 wants to allow others involved with the conflict to edit this notebook so that it is kept up-to-date and accurate.

However, idxpo1 faces a dilemma. With limited time, idxpo1 does not want to create something for use by the public and have it sit unused and unvisited. Given this, he would like to know:

1. Would people find a notebook useful?
2. Would people use and or edit the notebook or would it languish?
3. Is there enough interest in the conflict to warrant the development of the site? It is idxpo1's understanding that few people are actively attempting to complete the challenges -- those he/she has created and those put forth by the Pathers and the Stables. Idxpo1 is not interested in how the Pathers and the Stables are faring, but is concerned that the messages he/she plans to release will go unheeded. If there is little interest in what he/she has to say, then idxpo1 is less inclined to develop the messages or create the notebook. Are people still interested in the conflict? Idxpo1 would like your opinion on this.

Would you be able to answer these questions and quiz others involved in investigating the mysteries of the Blue Eye and the War of the Shadows about these issues? The information you provide will help idxpo1 determine whether he/she should continue to invest time in his/her messages and developing the notebook.

Sounds like the ARG may be dying.... Crying or Very sad

First, I would like to thank you for your efforts on behalf of the Pather cause over the past few weeks. You have diligently completed the challenges we placed before you and helped us better understand how and why the Stables are planning on influencing the decisions of the Three.

While we have been pleased with your efforts, we have been disappointed that more individuals have not decided to join our struggle or expressed interest in helping the Pather cause. Given this, and the fact that the Stable faction has cut off our main means of recruiting new potential Pathers, we have decided to discontinue our public activities. Most significantly, this means that we will no longer be asking outsiders to particpate in the ongoing conflict.

If we decide to work with outsiders in the future, we will certainly contact you. In the meantime, we will focus on ensuring that the Three decide to become Protectors of the Path.

We thank you for your service and wish you the best of luck in the future.
