 		New Basin Project/Operation Falcon Punch Deux
Greetings.

For a while, there has been a little scavenger hunt going on instigated by one Oversight. He's challenged us to locate several "packages" scattered across the USA. Contestants scramble to obtain this package and then decrypt the clues inside to find the next one. The project initially started last year, but never got off the ground. As of 15/7/2009, a new Oversight has taken the job.

This is a comprehensive (yet NSFW) article on Operation Falcon Punch, as it is known.
