There isn't much to see anyway, they're just three rather run-of-the-mill images. They each have camouflaged messages, however, and if you haven't read those they are posted on page 10.

We've figured out the first is referring to the innominate artery. But that's about it.

Ah sorry I thought they were new images as i thought someone had received the other file. *headhand* That's what I get for playing 3 games at once.

EDIT:

This link mentions a rose representing a fisherman never having a crack in his heart. I think it may connect to the stone as it has no cracks.

Heavy update:

Had a gmail chat with Tylean:
Quote:

Rabbit: hello
Ich: The whole class is trying to find the books name.
Rabbit: that is well
Ich: But it is a difficult task. Not knowing what we are exactly looking for.
We think we found the unnamed vessel
Rabbit: are they in the "chat room" now?
Ich: yes
you could join?
Rabbit: yes tell rad24 to check his email if he is there
Ich: "Nay, that is the answer"
Rabbit: yes
he asked if it was the clue
Ich: does this mean yes or no?
Rabbit: it is not the clue

Than Tylean joined the irc chat and confirmed the first two solutions:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

1: brachiocephalic artery
2: william shakespeare

Than Abie joined the chat and confirmed the third solution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

3: Per'tnel (from the lesson three page) as the name of the stone

And more chat with Abie. Since it is quite long and I know it is difficult to read long chat logs I tried to highlight the highlights Wink
But if you want to be sure to not miss something, read it completely.

We now know the solution to the 3 poems but not yet the name of the book:

Re: Abie's Guidance

Tresbien wrote:
Speaking of guidance, I just got this reply to a request for assistance with finding the name of the book. Need to get coffee before considering the contents but wanted to post quickly.

Quote:
"Good reputation"...Well I guess you do not know my story. For those who knew me, I was an average apprentice. I had reached the rank of Head apprentice, when my brother died. I was almost ready to take the final test. I was almost ready to be able talk to the Book without assistance. I had been researching what you would now call "temporal mechanics" for my final 30 years of Advanced training (that's how I earned the nick-name "the Time"). Tylean did not approve of my area of study. He worried that I would start meddling with the past, the highest crime of our order; highest aspiration of the Order of the T.E.D.O. For this my...reputation...as you put it, was not what was expected of the Head Apprentice. When my brother died, I allowed myself to loose control. I forgot the lesson of the Jaguar...I should show you that lesson one day...it is easy but I don't think that Tylean has the time to teach it to you...

Anyway, you probably do not want to hear the rest of the story; it is all...in the past.

Let me help you with the examination...I hope that Tylean forgives me for giving you a hand...

The first two tasks are trivially simple (at least with regards to resource problems) and the answer is in your language. The third...well, that's the easiest of the all, but you have not been apprentices long...so you yet lack knowledge and you cannot speak or read yet.

The TYPE of stone is not important. It belongs to a CATEGORY that has interesting properties. The category's name is "fe tnel ejertnul" which loosely translates as "stone that can do" or "the stone of power". There is nothing inherently magical about the stones themselves, but they are able to be "forged" with the help of the Book into obects that can focus our power. Each senior apprentice must forge their own stone to begin advanced training. The stone must be clear (or at least easy to turn clear), but once the process is complete, it receives a soft white glow. The NAME of the stone in (your language) then becomes "The Stone that is White" or simply "White Stone".

I noticed jaguar was mentioned here, and there is a new tab on the zurkpert page with a picture of mask with a jaguar on top.

The Lesson of the Jaguar was explained to us in a previous chat with Tylean, which is when he uploaded that photograph.

He explained that the jaguar is eating a piece of fruit, showing he has overcome being a killer, he has become a "higher" being by overcoming his initial desires and no longer taking the lives of others in order to survive.

I'm getting kind of dizzy jumping back and forth between pages to read old messages so I've started a Wiki to help with organization.

All may contribute and all are encouraged to contribute. Feel free to edit my awful writings and summaries.

I put up a few wiki articles on big game points. Hopefully, within a few days we won't need to scour through topic pages or chat logs. Thanks Blue for making it!

last night with abie

02:43] * CS-Guest064 (CS-Guest06SPLATchat-solu-47A300CE.static.dsl.dodo.com.au) has joined #rabbitblack
[02:43] * CS-Guest064 is now known as AbieTheTime
[02:43] <AbieTheTime> Hello
[02:44] <israfel070> hello Abie
[02:44] <AbieTheTime> I have received a message that is concerning to me. The TEDO seem to be recruiting Novices agian
[02:44] <AbieTheTime> They are recruiting from among your group of Apprentices
[02:44] <israfel070> I know of two.
[02:44] <AbieTheTime> I worry that the knowledge of the book will be compromised
[02:45] <AbieTheTime> THere are now three that I am aware of, but none of them would have known how to locate Tylean...
[02:45] <israfel070> We were also confused about that.
[02:47] <israfel070> It is technically possibly to ban the TEDO novices from this chatroom, but I wonder if that is prudent?
[02:48] <AbieTheTime> Nay, I sense that they are undecided and they are not likely to be the source of the leak...In any case (as Tylean is so fond of saying) we must allow events to unfold.
[02:49] <israfel070> Ahhh, very true. I must remember to be more jaguarlike
[02:49] <AbieTheTime> It was a lesson that I learned the hard way
[02:50] <israfel070> I hope we are all wise enought to learn the easier way. It helps us to know a living example such as yourself.
[02:51] <israfel070> Abie, are we supposed to wait for further lessons on the Language now? Is there any progress we can make as we are now?
[02:52] * AbieTheTime (CS-Guest06SPLATchat-solu-47A300CE.static.dsl.dodo.com.au) Quit ( Ping timeout )

[03:00] <AbieTheTime> I believe I got cut off
[03:01] <AbieTheTime> Did you get my last communications?
[03:03] <israfel070> "It was a lesson I learned the hard way"
[03:03] <israfel070> is the last I received
[03:03] <caffiend> becewuspotabie
[03:03] <caffiend> your here
[03:05] <caffiend> so abie you confirmed for the others teh three sets of two
[03:05] <caffiend> BCWSPT
[03:05] <israfel070> Yes, we have that caffiend
[03:05] <caffiend> im just saying
[03:06] <caffiend> i cant make heads or tails of this
[03:06] <israfel070> Next we need the Name, although it seems we need better knowledge of the Language and completion of the Song for that.
[03:06] <caffiend> oh isee
[03:07] <caffiend> so these letters only lead us to the naem
[03:07] <israfel070> I'm not sure if we are waiting for lessons or if we should be working on that somehow
[03:07] <israfel070> yes
[03:07] <caffiend> riddles withing riddles
[03:07] <caffiend> hey abie
[03:07] <israfel070> she's typing
[03:07] <caffiend> what attributes would you say the book has
[03:08] <caffiend> sorry i didnt know that
[03:09] <israfel070> so far we know that it enables the future to be foreseen, manipulation of history, eternal life, and can protect things.
[03:09] <caffiend> time
[03:09] <caffiend> it all deals with time
[03:10] <AbieTheTime> yes
[03:10] <caffiend> muri tempus et intivalia , a regular tardis
[03:10] <AbieTheTime> The Song of the Book must be leanred eventually
[03:11] <AbieTheTime> http://abiethetime.blogspot.com/ is where I will post the lessons
[03:11] <israfel070> thank you
[03:11] <AbieTheTime> for now you have more important work to do
[03:12] <israfel070> ah! We will try to figure out what that is
[03:12] <AbieTheTime> You must find and make contact with the Book
[03:12] <AbieTheTime> And learn his true form
[03:12] * AbieTheTime (CS-Guest24SPLATchat-solu-47A300CE.static.dsl.dodo.com.au) Quit
