a few things that came to my mind while reading everything:

I'm not sure if this is of any importance, but I think it hasn't mentioned before: "ken" in japanese means "sword".

when I was reading about Abie the Time it sounded (in my Swiss accent Smile

) like: "abide the time". maybe a nice wordplay since it's all about waiting right now, and about time passing.

oh yeah, and "Heimatland" is German for home country, native country, mother country...

It'd be interesting to write the guide in a poetic longform, like an epic...

And yeah, I got that "wait for reply clever friend" thing too.

Maybe one of the "three" should ask how many the "class" needs?
