They've already been figured out. The binary (00101) turns to hex, then the whole hex code:
63 6f 75 6c 64 6e 27 74 2d 20 41 6e 64 2d 20 73 74 6f 70 20 68 69 6d 20 2d

Just find a binary translator and a hex translator. NickCiske's website has them both. So does Rumkin.com and Purplehell.
You might want to go read up some on ciphers, binary/hex, etc, so when you see them you can easily recognize them and solve them. Ancient Mayan hieroglyphs come up a lot, too.
I don't know what other games you're currently watching/playing, but it's always good to have a passing familiarity with these ciphers. Unfiction has many helpful links to direct you.

And I don't mean you ask questions about things that we know. I would say that you would keep the two separate. Try to read what cards he is holding before you show your aces.
But that's just it... by going to Lowe's blog and putting up 'pagdi', ZIE: DOXL SPOHIR, and asking him straight up what the password is (note that only Jodie mentioned there being a password) we've already shown him our aces. I would think that now that we've already exposed the hidden words and codes Jodie gave us, it will give Lowe all the more reason to suspect one Jodie over the other.
Don't sever communications with Lowe... but don't relay to him ANY information Jodie gives us. That would be my method.

I would expect Lowe would be following the Insteadote blog himself. So the only thing he wouldn't have access to is email from Jodie to one of us, but, since we're random internet people, there's no reason why Lowe, being a good agent, wouldn't get a random yahoo account and become a random internet person himself, thus getting access to Jodie's broadcasts to the internet.
So that would be why Jodie is encrypting stuff, and why we have to work to decrypt her messages. Apparently Lowe is also sending encrypted messages warning us off. The difference is he's also sending us plaintext warning us off. So is he just encrypting stuff in his source because he knows we like to decrypt stuff, or is someone else hiding the encrypted messages on his blog?

That would be my understanding... that someone else (could be Jodie or some other character that we don't know about yet, which could be who is warning us to back off but is NOT Agent Lowe and NOT Jodie) is hacking into his account and putting the codes in there. If Agent Lowe IS putting some codes in there, and it's not some other random character that we have yet to meet, then it becomes really difficult to tell who is doing what.
I am beginning to think that we are dealing with a different character regarding the codes in the source. I don't see Jodie saying "back off" and Agent Lowe telling us that he does not know what we are talking about would tell me that, if he is telling the truth about that, that it would not make sense for HIM to tell us to back off if he doesn't know anything about what is going on. He could be on a "need to know", it's quite unclear to me at this point.

My guess, just from looking at it, is letter substitution... J = I, etc.
Will work on it to confirm.
EDIT: Okay, it's confirmed... here is the message decrypted:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I AM SORRY FOR THE CRYPTI C MESSAGE, BUT I MUST MAK E IT LOOK LIKE I'M CODING. AGENT LOWE HAS BEEN SPENDING A LOT OF TIME AROUND THE COMPUTERS AND I'M NERVOUS. THIS IS JUST A QUICK POST AND I'M GLAD YOU ARE FINDING MY CLUES
The bolded letters are mistakes on the PMs part but I've edited it to make the message make sense (The letter to make the "I" wasn't there and the "K" was an "N" when decrypted). *Lesson to PMs - Check, double check and triple check your puzzles. It makes things less confusing on our end*
EDIT #2: Hah, under 20 minutes. A new record for me...hehe.

Agent Lowe made a new blogpost
Quote:
Good news. I have found Jodie and his job has been terminated. I have stopped her little 'operation' short. She will not be leaking any more information to anyone. my co workers have had her account hacked and changed his password. it is done.
This will also be my last blog post.
Agent Lowe
P.S: I was right. Jodie wasn;t her real name. but it would be pointless to give it out
so... maybe nothing will happen on Saturday?

I hope something will happen on Saturday. There is still a lot that we don't know like, for instance, what in HIS name is going on? I don't know about you all, but I'm as lost as can be.
