yeah, i've been thinking along the lines of your post for a while. even supposing we knew everything about these videos, i'm having trouble figuring out how we interact. basically, i'm not sure if it's an ARG anymore. it just seems like clues point to more clues.

One of the reasons of my lurking.

And on a side note, I seriously hope no one is trying to locate where the vids were/are recorded, just got to know that an ongoing ARG [Hallucinine] got shut down 'cause somebody known to the PM was sabotaging the whole game. Damn, ppl, why the need to do that. Leave PMs alone.

/facepalm...
listen, i know it's not cool to insult each other, especially in the unforum context, but _this_ is what i call a bad move...
I hope you did that because you are quite new and inexperienced with web interaction...
otherwise it's plain stupid to track down and expose personal information on a cool guy, probably an art student, who is creating a cool piece of fiction on the internet... if J gets somehow scared by people like you and stops posting in the future, i promise i'll track down YOUR ip adress and mess with your head...

I understand where you are coming from. To be honest, this IS my first ARG-ish thing, so I do apologize. And maybe I did get the wrong ip.

I doubt anyone could tell the IP address of a Youtube uploader. It would be against the TOS Youtube provides to realease personal information of its users. Unless you're some kind of administrator working for Youtube, I doubt you have access to such information.

I live in Pittsburgh, but ive spent 6 years in WA. I've gone down to OR a number of times, including Portland. Needless to say, it's huge. Just dont actually tell us what the IP is or anything more, and I think everything will be cool.

Of course, with Brian, there's no word of where he went. So, maybe SM snagged him to a Lovecraftian dimension.

I wish people would stop coming up with these elaborate theories that result in the death of Brian. If Brian died, we should have heard something by now, at the start of the series at best, about how one of the cast members mysteriously vanished and never showed up again. There is no concievable way someone would investigate the mystery of the friend who moved away before he had a closer look at the mystery of the fucking disappeared man.

Actually, it's quite simple. All you need to use in the command prompt on your computer.

Why don't we all just stop talkin' about the IP address and get back to the story, huh?

so im new, ive read through everything. been stalking for about 6 uploads.

i just found something pretty interesting. if you look at the beginning of video 7 they were talking and it pans to the right at the head rest.

the end of TTA video might match to the beginning of Video 7 can anyone else help me clarify this

Good eyes, but it doesn't seem to match. In Advocate, Brian rolls his eyes right before it pans. In Entry 7, he does not.

I'm not sure if this is significant, but the avatar on the marblehornets Twitter has changed. It was the O_o face but now it's the little bird. Probably just J messing around, but I thought I'd point it out.

In terms of where to find more clues, I think we need to go back to previous entries and see if we missed anything. Maybe discuss the significance of the climbing wall in #5 a bit further? That seems to be a big red flag that we just kind of ignored because we couldn't figure out right away what it meant.
