I think he's saying two things. One SM is death (or at least not a happy camper) Two: people get extremely hung up on it the more they see, hear , or deal with it.

Look above the post of the fence furthest to the right, look above that a little and theres something black with a like, white ball above it which looks like his shoulders and pale head, gets clearer towards the end of the tape
