in my opinion, TTA IS threatening, and IS a hazard.
he was mocking J in entry 16.
you don't mock someone who you're trying to help, especially when they're helpless on the floor.
you mock someone who's helpless when you're a bully, and thats what i see TTA as.

For anyone who's interested, I added up the length of all the videos in my Marble Hornets youtube playlist (all the Entries and all the totheark vids in order) and it turns out that the PMs have made 42:40 minutes of footage! Impressive!

Slender man plushies, ahaha. That's just too adorable. See, it pays, literally, to be a fangirl.

But, yeah, Brados, you have to take into account that it was J's interpretation that TTA was mocking him. There has been a lot of figurative sparring between them up until this point, and they both seem to have their own angles, so I wouldn't take what J says as gospel.

I really do hope the whole thing gets to be movie length. That'd be just awesome. It'd be a hell of a lot of work, though, so it'll probably not be much more than an hour, tops. Which, if the ending is good enough, would be perfectly fine, too.

Tell you what, you guys. Let's keep our guns to ourselves, but collectively point them at J if he refuses to do anything interesting in the next video. Pretty effective encouragement, I'd say.

The more I look at these videos, unless I definitely missed something, the more I think that entry #14 is the last chronological MH-era video J has. I want to say that that's a look of defeat on Alex's face, and that something has happened that's made him essentially give up. Unless I missed something to the contrary my money's on this being the last tape Alex went through--I imagine the day after this was when he called up the cast and threw out his "unworkable conditions" story.

That doesn't explain the alarm clock going off (presumably to tell him to change the tape), but then again he'd have set that alarm before he decided it was all over with for him, yeah?

Also in 14 I don't think that's the real Slender man. That DOES look like a gun in his hand, and he's clearly not moving like the Slender man moves. I dunno, though--could be a OOG limitation of the filmmakers? I dunno how hard it'd be to put someone on a skateboard and shove them into the room, though. I know that he's not there just seconds later, but there's nothing to say that the camera wasn't switched off and then back on during that black-screen swipe there.

If it explicitly says otherwise somewhere about this being the last video, please let me know. 45 minutes of footage is all starting to run together at this point and I've rewatched some videos more than others. xD

'Hostile prescences'

I'm relatively new posting here, but I have been following the ARG here for a while, practically since it began. I have a bit of a theory on what's going on, related to the line hostile prescences.

What was it J found in Entry 16 at the house? Didn't he find a bullet casing of some kind? That means a gun was probably at some point fired within the house...maybe, at Slender Man?

I believe there was a picture found at one point, by J or otherwise, of a man with a blank face save for a red hole in the center. Perhaps he blood that was seen in Entry 16 is NOT vomit or human blood, but simply the WAY in which Slender Man bleeds?

I'm thinking that Signal means TTA WANTS J to show back up, so he can tell him something important, reveal some information, or otherwise assist J. I also believe TTA is crazy, but a form of ally, or at least neautral in some way.

However, he mentions that there are 'hostile prescences' which J will have to face. Slender Man, perhaps? Mabye this is why TTA's videos are so cryptic; he's being constantly harassed by Slender Man, moreso than anyone we've seen, and so he cannot outright reveal information to J for fear of what Slender Man might do.

HUGE amount of speculation on my part, but it would make things interesting, in my mind. Smile
