I don't know what to expect, really. Most likely, he'll have some sort of encounter with TTA, whoever that may be. Although I'm not ruling out an appearance of Slender Man. This seems to be building toward something.
Or maybe, like you said, entry into Alex's old room and more evidence in there. But, I'm more expecting to see some direct influence of TTA in this Entry, which is kinda frightening me for J's sake.
