hmm i wonder if this is gonna play into the story line somehow

if slender man starts chasing j (i think thats his errr initial or w.e) then idk thats gonna be kinda weird

and unless i'm mistaken, alex's viuew of outside didn't pan far enough to see the spot where SM woulda been if he were that close
EDIT: Dav: on the wiki, you said that J was his cameraman...
i can't find anythign to back that up, Im not going to edit it out without cause, but why'dja think he's the cameraman[he's definetly not the cameraman in nr.9, anyway]
EDIT2: made a pretty basic page for J and The Entries, gettin pretty late here, so i'm gonna catch some Zs, savvy

Woah, thanks for catching that. Looking back, I saw him filming Entry #5 and then for some reason my mind associated him with future Marble Hornets filming endeavors.

I'm sure it will play into the story. The account is made only for that, after all, so it will be illogical not to.

 		i alredy mentioned that
thoguh i added the note that it might be a controlled effect, i.e. SM could let people see him with the naked eye if he wanted them to

i figure it wouldn't make much difference either way, seeing as we see everything through tapes anyway Razz

also, Alex was never killed[or, i'd guess, seriously injured{though maybe someone should ask J if he ever had any unexplained injuries}] by SM or anything

I also thought of that, but in Entry No. 2 is not quite clear how he saw the man. He just mentions he saw a "man, kinda "off"", but does not say if he saw him through the lenses, if he saw him just by or if the other passenger, -who freaked out-, also saw him.

The strange structure looks somehow like a monolith. Alex does say what it is about, but when he's about to talk it, the sound goes weird.

 		The structure out in the distance is an old training climbing wall (that's the last thing that's made out before the audio goes). My guess is the field used to be used for training military, police or fire departments. It by itself seems pointless. Something tells me tape 2 is for establishing that "something" in those woods mess with video equipment. If Alex spotted SM maybe it didn't like him following him around and started chasing after him. Now J is doing the same thing, and his obsession is making him sick and lose sleep.

I don't know where you went from "creepy guy at night" to "messes with video equipment" but E2 definitely sets up that the Slender Man is a creepy guy who likes to stalk at night, and uses light and shadow to his advantage.

And I don't know that I'd say the climbing wall is necessarily military, though that's certainly a possibility. It seems more likely that it was just some recreational climbing wall that someone didn't want any more.

I don't know, but it might relate somehow to jafool's story. According to Dr. W response (on the latest entry of jafool), Matt (the owner of the creepy diary) was a former soldier who was attacked on Iraq by "The Slender Man", but is not clear enough what this "Slender Man" is.

On the other hand, the Deluge video has the same effect as past entries when the sound got corrupted. I haven't had the time to talk to this sound engineer, but I know he would be of great help in order to descipher what does it says; because it does says something.

The raw footage (without any abnormalities) is relatively unspectacular and would do little more than bore you.
