It's hard to hear, but Alex does say "not even going to put it on the hook" when placing the painting on the couch, and that they took it down (from hanging on the wall) before. The shot did look pretty barren before he put the painting back, but it looks terrible just laying there at an angle. I think Alex had different motives other than composition for putting it back up.

Also, pause it at 1:26 for some Alex nightmare fuel.

It's very difficult to tell who's operating the camera in #20. Alex would probably make do with whoever he had, so it could be anyone.

 		The thought of masky being more than one person is interesting and I haven't seen that mentioned before (whoever posted it)'s post. Sorry, I'm lazy :p

But yeah, that could make sense. Maybe Slendy has a cult. Hahaha.

Also, I really disagree that the painting has anything to do with anything. Seems like he was just messing around. I think the whole notion that its important to the story seems kind of like a lottt of overthinking.

I think it was too. Surely the presence of someone else's car at Alex's house which is in the middle of nowhere would at least be intriguing to him, haha.

No wait, I've got it. Slenderman drives a Sentra. Alex saw the car and turned on the camera to investigate. Then he saw Slenderman, who had pulled over to take a piss.

LOL, Slender Man having to take a piss is a running joke with me and my boyfriend. However, we just say that Slender Man is angry Alex because Alex caught Slender Man trying to pee. xD

You know what I'm thinkin'? I'm thinkin' that most of this talk is gonna be debunked in the next video or two. Everyone says now "oh, Masky and totheark must be different people!" (even though I have no idea what in Entry #20 made Tim/Masky any less of a canidate for totheark), but the in the next video or two, something is gonna happen that's gonna make us almost completely drop this. I've seen it before, and I just get that feeling about this. =P

However, while it's still popular, I'd like to say that one possibility, I think, is that Masky is Tim, and that if J at some point goes back to Brian's house again and breaks into one of the locked doors, we'll find an emotionally destroyed, insane Brian curled up in a ball in the corner muttering things to himself, with video equipment laying about and a laptop in the corner. Not to mention the walls are covered with those drawings that are similar to Alex's.

That implies that while Tim/Masky lives in the house, he is against Brian's motives and cannot get him to come out of his room (so he can do away with him), and he only comes out when he is certain that Tim/Masky isn't there (such as the playful Addition).

That also explains the "COME BACK, FIND ME" as a plea to save him from Tim. He is somewhat of a prisoner.

Return could have been Brian sneaking out and coming downstairs, only to find J sitting against the door like that. Not knowing what to do, he films the situation that unfolds.

 		As far as the timeline goes, I think entry 20 was really old. I mean, I always write a script or my story before I go location scouting. So if Alex thinks the same way as me, we know entry 20 is old :p
